Inside or Out ...Lake Sunapee Country Club offers lovely options for your ceremony and reception.
The Main Dining Room, offering stunning views of Mt. Kearsarge, accommodates up to 150 guests. In cooler seasons, a wood burning fireplace makes a romantic focal point. In warm weather, the adjacent patio is perfect for ceremonies, cocktails or additional dining to expand seating to 180 guests.
The beautifully landscaped Events Terrace features sweeping fairway views with Mt. Kearsarge as a back-drop. The Terrace is perfect for outside events of up to 200 guests and may be tented or used as an open outside patio.
The light and airy Cupola Room offers lofty views of our majestic sugar maple and the surrounding golf course. Available in shoulder and off-season times, the Cupola Room is best for intimate weddings of 25 or fewer.

Deposits and Payments
- A non-refundable deposit of $1500 is required to secure your wedding date. The deposit will be applied to final payment. Should you cancel your reception and we are able to rebook the date, the deposit, less a 10% service charge, will be returned.
- An additional deposit equal to 50% of the total estimated cost (before tax and gratuity) is due 60 days in advance of the wedding date.
- Wedding events must be prepaid ten days in advance based on the function cost estimate. Payment of additional charges incurred at the time of the event (e.g. open bar or additional guests) is due that day.
From casual buffets to elegant multi-course sit-down events, we'll create a wedding reception that reflects your signature style. Choose from specially prepared menus or work with our experienced chefs to develop your own. Final menu selections must be completed no later than 60 days in advance of your reception. We suggest that menu planning start six months in advance.
Tax and Gratuity
Beverages and menu items are subject to an 9% New Hampshire meals tax. A voluntary 18% gratuity will be added to the final bill unless alternate arrangements are made.
Table Tops, Furnishings and Other Equipment
Standard linen, service equipment and furnishing are included in the base price. Outside rentals of items such as special linen, chair covers, round tables, white folding chairs, etc. are an additional charge.
Tents and Dance Floor Rentals
Rentals may be arranged through LSCC. Charges are dependent upon size.
Complimentary Cake Cutting and Service:
We'll follow-up the traditional bride and groom ceremony by cutting and serving your cake at no additional charge to you.
